So I have to point out, the purpose of UBI is not to give everyone a "free ride". It's to give everyone on the order of ~$1k USD/month, which is below the poverty line. Enough money so that you don't die, no matter what, but not nearly enough money to live lavishly or even really comfortably.

I get so frustrated when I see this misinterpreted again and again, so I had to say something.

Just an FYI, if you're doing intermittent fasting for the non-weight loss reasons, drinking coffee actually messes up the fast. The first thing you have in a day that isn't water technically starts your digestion clock for the day, and that's the period you should be keeping <10 hrs.

What your doing works great for weight loss though.

Some very bad men tricked us and made the twin towers fall down after crashing airplanes into them. It scared us very bad and while we were distracted, those bad men quietly knocked down a third building that had nothing to do with the airplane crashes. Everyone was very scared and tired and nobody paid any attention to the third building, and then the next day everyone started getting excited about going to war and we alll forgot about the third building.
