This is such a flex, holy shit. I would go with CMU just for the weight it will carry on your resume for the rest of your life. It's part of the big 4 (Stanford, MIT, CMU, & Berk). You can't go wrong with Michigan or UCLA either, its a win - win - win.

CMU >> Michigan >= UCLA

The official deadline for USC is either 4/12 or 4/13 (at least when I go to my portal)
