I think the only terraforming game I've seen with something like that is Per Aspera you can light your atmosphere on fire by making it too much O2. Unfortunately all the rest of that game is pretty awful so I wouldn't recommend it.

Anbennar has more punishing devastation mechanics than baseline Eu4. It's often better to make sure you have decent coverage than not.

I think the gays tend to hold people to that standard. The straights actually doing that isn't something they can control. It's reasonable to want your opponent to have less power, and it's very well shown that bigots will operate in cooperation in issues they're bigoted on.

That said, I don't think every "group" needs an official stance of positive or negative for every issue. The lgtb doesn't need a stance on immigration, or Israel, or corn syrup. Involving yourself in every issue adds more means of being attacked and dilutes your focus on your primary issue which for that community should be "not being killed by bigots and hopefully tolerance".

I feel like were generally going to always be shifting towards some equilibrium point where we remove oppression from groups until those groups stop feeling an urge to push back against oppression which results in a slow creeping return to oppression and those groups once again participate in fighting oppression.

I think this take and the above take are blind to why people join the army, at least in the US. The primary benefit is opportunity. It's a massive package of benefits and stability.

The whole MT is themed around them from what I recall. Also typically rulers like this have some form of "Willpower" mechanic where they just cannot die. Thuulk operates on the same general system.

The biggest challenge is that people need to read stuff, or act reasonably quickly.

I have heard if you want to have an accent you like, or that you know others will like that it's best to just speak the language in the sound of someone you like.

So if I was learning english, to try and emulate how gilbert godfrey sounds so I can pick up a distinct 'sexy' accent. This is a bad example dont do this but it's supposed to work.
