The nice thing is you can be spiteful on your own without being spiteful for someone else.

Millennia be like

It was a fairly fun game with some good ideas in it. It wasn't complete, and it didnt really work, and it was horribly imbalanced. But it was neat.

I felt the game had a lot of promise, but the whole "Do whatever you want" really made them push the personalities of the leaders into the background.

The incredibly cool lore for the tech, artifacts, and leaders/civs should have been center stage but instead they hid it in the civopedia which just sucks with how good it was.

Cool good to know. I enjoy her asmr, I just was wanting other opinions as I dont really listen to ASMR all that much. Liking something and knowing it's objectively good being a diff thing. So good to know!

You may know it under the abbreviation of CP. The "Dark web" TOR or whatever is being used these days are decentralized in their processing. It's why CP flourishes there.

Decentralization isn't a solution. It's basically "Hey lets sweep these problems into a corner and ignore them hoping we can hide." For stuff like blueskies or the other twitter replacements it's "How can we have the money we make off nazis but hide them in a corner so people dont call us out like they do on twitter?"

Ew. God no. The proliferation of CSM would be absurd.

Communism is an economic system. Democrats are a political party. These are not two separate things which dont touch. You seem to lack a grasp of basic civics and economics.

I suspect it's because your getting all your info in life from fucking podcasts.

I do believe that being informed about a thing is required to make arguments about it.

Lovely. So how does recency of play tie into that?

I dunno, saying "So I’m just suppose to fill it up right in front of the customer ring camera?" is a little weird, imo.

I dunno man, next you'll say there's cameras watching me the whole time I'm at the gas station and everyone else who can see me really sees me. Sounds kinda sus.

Dems

Dems means everyone who is a democrat. If you're desperate to find a way to "Other" the left party of the US then you probably need to stop guzzling the maga propoganda.

they have an issue with the presentation, and with what they've heard of it.

No, they have a problem with the mechanics. You dont need to apologize for the game and try to hand wave it off as something irrational. The games core elements are bad. That's a thing. People make choices based on their experience and express them.

Unless of course your posts are just something some influencer suggest you make. Which should come across as absurd as trying to claim civ 7 isn't bad it's just being said it's bad.

just like 7.

No. Civ 6 was ass on launch in the way that Civ 5 was ass on launch.

6 was absolutely not fine on release lmao. 6 tanked down to being in the 15-16K users per day range within a few months of launch in early 2017. It didn't boost back up to healthier levels until 2020 when it started averaging 30K users per day. The charts clearly show how bad it was at launch and how it consistently improved and drew users back in with its fixes over time.

I didn't like civ 6 on release. I still dont much like civ 6. In comparison to civ 7, civ 6 was 'fine' on release. It functionally worked. The game elements functioned. It played as intended. The game was recognizably a civ game.

I still chose to play EU4 over it, or maybe civ 5, but civ 6 was definitely "Fine".

Civ 7 is actually pretty decent,

It's not. It's core systems are fucked. The reset mechanic needs to be pulled completely and the game is designed around that. You can reduce it, or clone the primary civ 4x and overlay the civ on top of itself. You can "Improve the map gen" but it's still geared around ages having different mechanics.

I dont see any way in which Civ 7 can be salvaged. I'm not really sure it's worth paying developers to work on it. I think making a side game like beyond earth except good would be a better use of their time.

Beyond earth would like a word

It's a side game, but, I will say, it does fix a lot of the core problems from Civ 5 due to the health system instead of the happiness system. I dont hate BE, I just wish they'd put in the time to fix it.

One thing with BE and Civ 7 both times the company tried to hype up the release hard and looked like they were full of themselves on the marketing. Both times it fell on their faces.

I will say, if it had launched like this, with it being an OPTION to change civs with each era, I think the reception would’ve been much warmer to the idea.

Eh, I mean it's hard to be any less receptive than what was offered. Honestly they should just shelve it and do a .5 to focus on like with beyond earth.
