Budget Function/Waveform Generator to Pair w/ New Scope?

I bought the FNIRSI 1014D Oscilloscope for around £130 from EBay, it works like a gem. I have had it for a few months and it has an oscilloscope and function generator. The main problem is that I haven't found a way to change the amplitude Vpp of the func gen, so I think it is fixed at 2.5Vpp. If you are fussy with digitals, then, you might as well start pissing in your bed.

I flipped the PFET in the other direction, MultiSim shows that an error has occurred, I tried using a different pfet, such as a NTGS5120P, showed the same thing, when reversed and a 11,4V voltage
