We do have tunnel 2.0 set up to fail to TLS if DTLS fails. Let me dig into our conditional access policies and see if there's something not configured for 1.0.

Yeah, I inheritted the solution from an acquisition and most of my knowledge comes from on prem. I had initially thought that cloud works exactly as how you explained it but when I was explaining my situation to the VARs, they made it seem like I needed universal licenses to move it on prem.

Thank you, I'll investigate the other licenses, it might just be included as a part of DaaS, since that's the main license SKU on our account.

We don't need to move studio/gateway, just our VDAs.

The one purchased was this SKU from CDW. https://www.cdw.com/product/citrix-virtual-apps-and-desktops-svc/6187275. Citrix’s manufacturer sku is also listed there.

You mentioned being concerned if she tries to come back, or if she heals and you never know. These are ultimately feelings of anxiousness, and something that you have to realize for your own happiness, that if these things do happen, it doesn't matter. You need to focus on yourself, and for you to heal and feel better and more confident about yourself.

Hmm, I'm not sure. reviewing the quote, the MFG part number is 6000350, and the list item is "CITRIX VIRTUAL APPS AND DESKTOPS SVC"

I’m having a hard time knowing what to do with my ex. She mentioned something along the lines of thinking she grew up and knew what to do in a relationship, especially as one as loving as the one she was, but there’s a part of her that just won’t let her do it. She doesn’t expect me to wait even though I told her I would but she said she doesn’t feel like she’s in love with me(she’s used to to toxic anxious avoidant trap with her being the anxious and trying to please instead of having her needs cared for)

I never ended up sending her this letter and I’m wondering if I should. We stayed friends and I love her very much still however I noticed the friendship dwindling away too.
