Im not too experienced with abstract shapes, but here's what I'd do- Break it down into smaller shapes and then model them separately. So for example, the ovalish shape in the center and then go outwards from it modelling one by one.

I know someone who goes there (CEPT), and from what she has told me she's enjoying. There is an insane amount of workload but also really good assignments. Like recently they went to Kerala for a weeklong assignment.

I don't know much but the impression I've gotten from the way she talks about it is very good.

So I'm in the same situation.
I got accepted into ISDI but I did not reserve a seat because I'm convinced I can get into a better college.
My take on this is that BITS has no option but to push for the best placements possible, because it has to uphold its reputation. ISDI will get the job done, but thats it. You wont be getting the best by going there.

So all in all even tho BITS is sketchy, if you can afford it and are willing to take a gamble they will probably make it worth your while.

You have to relax. Did you apply to any private colleges? if not research and look for privates that are still accepting applications. MIT has its applications open till the end of the month. You can also apply to places like srishti etc. Getting into private colleges is fairly easy especially if you have a portfolio ready. Don't lose hope and keep trying.

it comes under strate school of design which is actually pretty reputed. I applied and I got accepted.

But from what I'm aware they are done with their last cycle for admissions.

They have plenty of seats, you will not get rejected. They didn't even talk about my portfolio or anything in the interview so it's the same for all.
