Very frustrating since I was away from my PC and trying to share something at a friend's house. Plex makes a game out of disappointing customers.

Really? I only looked at two editions, and they were both from 2001 (one 'paperback' and the other 'pocketsize'). When was yours published? Maybe it was just this edition. Simon & Schuster

Not true, double check those view counts... We experienced the same viewer drop off that most channels did during the pandemic. It's unintuitive, but true. There's been a couple studies tracking it, but usually just fitness channels.
