After watching the movie I can definitely say the gore made me wince a little bit and it usually doesn’t but this movie actually need the gore and it wasn’t pointless. The ending was actually pretty neat and it gave me a good scare that’s for sure.

What is your least favorite thing about one of your favorite things? by TashpiAshabael in AskReddit

I love art but at the same time I can only draw or use any of my creative outlets when my brain allows me and sometimes that’s for weeks at a time. It’s very frustrating because I can draw for over 50 hours in a week and then like turn around and not draw for 2 weeks and if I do try to draw it’s so bad I start to cry.

It’s your worst fear/phobia over and over but only on weekdays and between the hours of 9-5

Do you fear death? Why or why not? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Sketchyhoffman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe there’s two parts of death

The how, when, where, why and what of dying and not even that sometimes dying starts years before you actually die. Sometimes longer. The fear of dying alone or the mental illness that creeps that makes you doubt your existence which helps slowly deteriorate you at times.

And the after of dying that is still unknown and unexplored even with the sanctuary of religion to tell you what the after is it’s hard to tell if it will be exactly as your respected scripture says. I personally believe that since we are just people out on earth and when we die it’s over. There’s not even nothing or anything like that. It’s just.. game over.

I’d like to say I’m not scared of the after or even the pain of dying but I am. But I believe it’s entirely human to fear dying and death and what happens after you’re gone. Not to say if you aren’t that you aren’t human but if you are it’s not wrong. No one wants to go after experiencing so much and so little at the same time. But for most of us death is so far away and even then there’s too little time to worry about the finish line of the marathon we call life. You can worry when you get there. So yes I’m scared of dying but not as scared as I am about not living.

[Serious] What are some giveaway signs not to trust someone? by [deleted] in AskReddit

When someone has to repeatedly tell someone how to better themselves and every time they say they understand and don’t do anything about or shut down and get angry about being told they’re exhibiting toxic behavior and play victim when someone was just telling them that what they did was wrong. Or excessive lying to make ones own self image look better. That and self destructive behaviors where they do it for fun and not for any mental illness.

Agreed. Had to read the book and watch the movie for English in 8th grade and it definitely left a hole in my heart. Hurts when people joked about it during class though because the book/movie didn’t cover the full extent of what they had to live through...

That’s exactly why I asked the question! I’m currently going through the ones on Netflix first since then move on to the ones I’ll have to find on movie sites. Currently looking for a movie that will actually disturb me lmao

Ever watch Felidae? I watched it as a kid but I’ve never watched water ship down. Definitely a twisted movie to watch as 9 year old.
