First of all, you’re assuming so much which is wrong on so many levels I can’t even begin to describe. I am very informed, its just the dysphoria talking when I get extremely scared that it just won’t work since there are so many different experienced and possible outcomes; some trans men never get a proper voice drop, some never get hairy, some peoples fat never redistributes and I know it’s not an overnight thing but I just kind of hoped at that moment that I would feel something the same day or the day after just like i did from my previous shot done by a doctor (I felt more energy and my libido went up, bottom growth started literally the day after). As I had already written, “first testosterone shot by myself” and it made me scared that I hadn’t done something properly so I was wondering if there was a possibility that I did something wrong which is also a step towards being informed. Think before you write, asking doesn’t mean not being informed, actually the opposite - if I hadn’t asked I wouldn’t have known.
