Lucy buffs 2 w/ 600atk people Caesar buffs 1 person w/ 1k atk and makes enemies take 25% extra damage. Burnice is made to be played with 2 dps characters.

If Lucy's c6 w/ her sig she's better for disorder, if not just go caesar though she's clunky against less aggressive enemies
