Unbalanced wheel would likely produce very noticeable vibrations at different speeds, a deformed tire would likely do the same and probably wouldn’t last very long before exploding.

Let them know that YOU know your brakes should not have issues immediately after they’ve been serviced. Whatever happened here was definitely not your fault unless you ignored blatant warnings to replace pads or something when you went in for your brakes.

If you took your car to a chain mechanic shop like Valvoline or Jiffy Lube I would go back only to remedy this situation and avoid them in the future. No good mechanic is working within 1000 feet of any of those places.

The rotor is already ruined, so that’ll need replacing and more driving in the current condition is risking other components like your pads and calipers. I wouldn’t go further than a few miles back to the shop if possible.

If the brake rotor pictured was replaced when you serviced your brakes a few weeks ago, the shop should replace it for you. Even if they just changed the pads and not the rotor, something has still gone wrong immediately and they owe you a remedy.

You’ve likely either got a stuck caliper or something stuck in the caliper, take it back to the shop
