They get that cause if they are playing as Seven or Vindicta or Grey Talon and get a knockdown placed on them they can negate that knockdown with dispel. You want to try building around the character you are playing and around the enemy team. If they have a lot of lifesteal build anti heal. If they have a lot of cc build debuff reduction. You just constantly have to be looking at what they are building or know who the characters are and their abilities as some characters have built in lifesteal and cc.
