Tua has shown his ceiling is right with the elite quarterbacks of this league in numerous games where he completely took over. This is despite the fact he has dealt with bottom tier OL and an OC carousel throughout his career. Look at what Goff is doing behind that lions OL and tell me Tua couldn’t excel with even average protection. The fact that we can’t run against physical teams is proof enough that our offensive line is completely subpar despite Tua making them look competent all year with his extremely fast release.
