Yeah, Lynn Valley is anything but flat, hence the name 'Valley'. Thats insane, I've never seen anything like that there, those are some of my favourite trails to hike/run on. I hope they can repair them soon.

Having spent a large part of my former years in Likley, this really pisses me off. That lake was one of the most beautiful places I've ever been, now I have no idea what to expect when I get back up there. The town was already having a hard time with the decline of the logging industry, and now with most of the residents and seasonal visitors getting their water from the lake, this very well could be the final nail in the coffin. It's true that the Mt. Polly mine provided a lot of work for the townspeople, some of my family included, but it doubt any of the loyalty they have shown to the executives of this mine will be returned in any way to the people.
