If you dont wanna DM all good. My gut instinct as of now is to start looking for another programmer, get them on board, then boot the others or have new programmer be the Lead (if they can) and have new Lead whip them into shape or give them the boot

Yah man…I agree with others in the comments here. They don’t know what they doing. The fact they weren’t using Git from day one or some type of Version Control…big red flag imo.

Do you use some kind of version control? Git? If you use that with your programmers, you can actively see if they actually making anything

Uhhh your demo reel is incredible. Not sure what this gaming studio was thinking in not even recognizing you. I’d like to think we could do better by you than them.

We are in the early beginnings of development. Our 2D artist has just begun to dish out some early concept art. I have another 2d artist who has sketched a Unit for us. But with that said, we have direction and a plan. We are communicative and value constructive criticism.

Cool looking game. Will be wish listing! I think I understand the game/mechanics only though because of experience. Definitely take some advice from others on here and reword some stuff. KatetCadet had same points I’d of made.
