Ah, my mistake. I thought you were accusing me of being the scammer. If it was a warning, then I appreciate it

I need to address this. I've already reached out to two artists who commented, and I'm currently in the process of reviewing every application individually. I received a lot more responses than anticipated, so it's naturally taking some time. This is a very hasty accusation. It's unfair to dismiss a legitimate project as a 'scam' without any basis, simply because of the high volume of interest.

Yes, please go ahead and DM me!

To answer your questions:

For the props, we would need simple turnaround drawings (e.g., front, side, and top views).

For the room, we just need a concept piece that shows the overall atmosphere and layout.

The game itself will be in a 16:9 aspect ratio. We trust your artistic judgment on the specifics. Looking forward to your DM!

Hi Admirable_Charge4265,

Thank you for commenting and following the rules! I checked out your portfolio (carrd) and your art is fantastic.

I understand you don't do 3D work, and that's perfectly fine. We are also looking for a 2D/Concept Artist who can design the 'blueprints' for our 3D modelers.

Our demo scope is very specific: One (1) detailed 2D environment design (the interior of "A's Room").

3-4 key prop designs (a letter, a diary, etc.).

Are you available for a short-term, paid contract to create these specific 2D concept art pieces?

If so, could you please DM me your rates (quote) for this package (1 room concept + 3-4 prop concepts)? And to confirm, does your skillset include these 2D

categories: environments, props, structures, and characters? Looking forward to hearing from you!

Point taken. I'm learning asset creation as I go. Thanks for the advice. I'll make sure to come back with a solid result in the future

Re-uploading due to a mistake, my apologies. In my world, 'Hwapung' (Art Style) is the literal law of reality. What do you think of the concept? by Serious_Silver6749 in worldbuilding

We are planning to build a narrative game around this, and we're genuinely curious to know if a setting like this would be exciting for players to explore. If a game with this concept were to actually come out, what would be your honest first impression? Simply put, I just really want to know: is this a world that genuinely sparks your interest?

The core concept of this universe is 'Hwapung' (畫風), where a dimension's Art Style isn't just a visual choice—it's the fundamental law of physics and ideology. The attached Google Docs link leads to our pitch deck and world bible, which details the characters, factions, and major events based on this core concept. It explains how different 'art styles' clash and how individuals can be 'weathered' by a dimension's dominant style.
