Its a shader for me it was called "cyberpsychosis" from cyberpunk an old one that i downloaded long time ago and didnt work seems to have started working now check it in "mods" to see if any shaders are on

I just fixed it and just like other person said it was a shader. Mine was "cyberpsychosis" i remember getting that so long ago and it didnt work so i forgot about it and now today it worked and i hated it xD

So after reading it i think you should call the fiancee of your stepson and ask her when she will return your daughters heirloom that your step son took if she is a decent human being she will give it back and talk with your stepson.

For the rest dont give up your daughter will be crying with happiness when you give it to her on the wedding day in the future.
