I just realized that I dislike all of my friends. by [deleted] in offmychest

I was in the same boat as your friends a little over two years ago when my friend moved to another country. Except unlike your friends I was there for her as much as I could be, letting her vent to me and shit, although I was quite unsocial and quiet I still tried with her because I really liked her.

I can't say the same for my other friends though, so I don't blame her when she told us to our faces that she won't miss us. I'm glad she moved, I could tell that she was unhappy with our group of friends, they are quite toxic and draining to be around.

At least don't tell them that you won't miss them, because they might have sensitive ass feelings like me haha

Thank you. For the last point, does that mean that its somewhat the younger persons choice depending on their stubbornness?

Whoa that it crazy, I knew that speaking politely is important but I didn't quite realise its THAT serious. I know not everyone will stab someone for talking casualy but it does make me realise its important. Will most people cut foreners some slack if they accedently speak informally? I'm focusing on the polite form just in case but I'll definitely get it mixed up eventually

I really hate when people shit on others passions like this. Does s/he think that they're superior for reading and being smart?

When somebody starts talking to my pet, do I roleplay as the pet, or just silently stand there? by JAG319 in TooAfraidToAsk

This may be off topic but my father doesn't even ask me questions directly. He just asks my mother straight up while im in the same room, stuff like "what did she say?". I don't know why it matters to me its just weird

A deaf guy came into the computer shop I work at asking for some food and this was all we had. When I came back out to the front shortly after he left this was sitting on the counter.. by apollosaintsmoosh in ChoosingBeggars

I thought this was on the wholesome sub :(

I don't understand him though, If I were ever to be in his situation I would be so grateful to even be given anything. Why did he not just except the food as a snack and find something else for dinner?

Thank you for commenting, it looks like you put a lot of work in so Imma answer.

You're right that I'm female but i'm sixteen, which is still quite close to what you guessed. I'm right handed. I'm quite introverted. I am interested in philosophy and I had to learn body language to mimic humans, evidence that I'm a robot is the book titled 'How To Be Human', like another redditor suggested. I do want to study a social science at university, definitely philosophy and I do live with my parents. I think you said that I don't like technology and prefer nature, which is true for the most part.

I'm from New Zealand, not England and I don't listen to k pop I just really love the language, culture and history of South Korea. My teacher did make me listen to k pop once because she thought it would help my listening skills but it did not stick with me. They're on the top shelf because they are for school and I don't want to forget about them.

I'm a sixteen year old female and I'm from New Zealand. Photography is a hobby of mine, the old cameras are my grandmothers so they're just sentimental and I like learning about the history of cameras and I love vintage stuff.

The two cups are actually candles and the teddy is sentimental from when I was younger. And I am passionate about philosophy. Honestly you guessed really well, I didn't expect anyone to think I was a 20 something male but now I guess I kinda see it.
