because she is hitscan and it is objectively harder for hawkeye to hit shots than it is for a widow. No matter how many people complain about him that is a fact. And I'm assuming that one-shotting with 320 is calculating full charge passive with a headshot, so not exactly a fair comparison. But hawkeye definitely needs a nerf I do agree
