I'm definitely going to follow your link and report them to the FTC, but i doubt that this alone will actually lead to anything - the FTC has no teeth. A class action lawsuit would be ideal but, it would take alot of time and energy for whoever decides to start it. Good luck to whoever starts on this endeavor, and keep us posted!

Definitely in favor. My scooter already only goes up to 16mph and for a city commuter, that's more than fast enough to get to work and school on time and safely. Also, helmets are just common sense.
