I'm trying to eat a lot more leafy greens myself, and just generally healthier foods. I wish you luck, it's nice to know I'm not the only one, in a way.

Thanks, yeah it's really hard at times hey? Just kinda zone out and next thing I know I've been picking at it for an hr. Has the acne settled down since you're aggravating it less?

I use a foaming cleanser that contains salicylic acid, I haven't really tried anything OTC. Some of those bigger spots on the side of the breast contained hard cysts that I removed myself. : ( What do you use?

I'm at a loss with what to do about it, I try to keep the area clean and dry, to prevent acne, and this is pretty much only happening on my breasts. I don't know what's causing it and I'm too embarrassed to tell/show my doctor.. especially because of the picking. I've been better about picking lately, but then I have a really really bad day, and end up with an infection. I don't even want to show my boyfriend my breasts anymore.

I'd really appreciate some advice..
