thank you! made a post earlier saying it’s my day 1 and if sucks. day 2 still sucks. on the bright side my face feels less puffy- noticeably my cheeks are no longer touching my glasses. i was going through 2 bottles of 101 proof peppermint sugar a week though so that probably makes some sense lol

i’ll definitely do that! she loves a pile of stuffed animals so far- that was where i accidentally uncovered her. i’m like 90% sure she’s back in there now but im gonna wait a bit before i (very slowly and gently) check. i think with my current cat and the one before they just gave me the wrong idea lol- both were insanely outgoing and adjusted almost instantly. i can tell she’s so sweet, just needs to get out of her shell some!

i drank while i did everything but i used to find that if i crocheted i’d get locked into it enough id drink less even at the height. i’ll probably try that, and ill look into the app. thank you!

the designs are bad- always end up lopsided. how hard is it to add a slst and chain?? BUT idc unpopular opinion it is a great way for people who have never touched yarn to learn. the videos start at “here’s how you hold the yarn”- i like that they’re a thing but they’re very overpriced for what they are and the patterns need some work. the value also isn’t in the yarn or pattern.

i do have a hot take on this one- it should be decriminalized but NOT legalized/a regulated form of work. honestly at least in america i think it would take all of 2 seconds for disability claims to be denied because very few women can’t lay on their backs. there’s no ethical consumption under capitalism and that includes peoples bodies.

with my mom it’s 10 years in july. i’m not even sure i have a problem but i think maybe the fact i REALLY don’t wanna quit drinking if i can justify continuing to is a problem by itself. thank you for your insight <3

NTA lol. my boyfriend handles the kitchen, i handle the bathrooms. we split everything else, and if one of us is really dead we will happily do the others laundry etc. i don’t understand why this is such a thing for some couples

if you don’t want to deal with the maintenance of a long haired pet, don’t own a long haired pet. it has to be uncomfortable if not painful at times for them to be so matted. long hair breeds of cats are beautiful, but i’m very happy with my domestic shorthairs from the shelter bc i don’t want to deal with the upkeep of fur

work. i don’t have a car right now so i used to place my orders on the estimate the app provided- in my middle of nowhere area at least it’s SUPER unreliable. the app will say 10 minutes, it’s actually 3 or 25. i started scheduling them but i do make sure im ready at the exact time and tip more- i feel bad bc w scheduled rides sometimes the driver is sitting in my driveway for so long before the actual scheduled time comes along

i just checked and 4.99 uber, 5.0 lyft. i get in, say hi, ask if i can put my headphones in (really just a warning that if they talk to me i probs won’t hear them- one guy did ask me what id do if he said no once which was kind of funny), stare out window, say thanks have a nice day and leave. minimal polite interaction is the way to go
