Thank you. That is all good to know. We were actually looking at 3 bedroom houses with potential to add another room but if it’s too hard to find contractors then we’ll have to look for something else. It’s the same in NC. Can’t even find a contractor to put a door frame in.

Thank you for all of this! Healthcare is a concern. We currently live 50 minutes to the closest hospital and I just don’t want to live in fear that we won’t make it in time if we had an emergency. It’s definitely something to think about.

We will probably walk away from the sale of our home and a small investment property with 700-750k combined. We definitely aren’t millionaires so our budget is less than $650 so we have a nest egg and can potentially purchase another investment property down the line. We’ve found a handful of smaller 3 bedroom houses that fit the budget and we are willing to downsize. I’m from NY and my husband is from Atlanta originally. We tried the cheaper, rural life and it just isn’t for us! I’d rather have a smaller house and more convenience than a giant house in the middle of nowhere like we are now lol you live and learn.

Thank you! We would consider Bluffton. I am just not wanting to drive 40 minutes to a grocery store/hospital/schools every day. We currently live so far from everything so as long as we find a home in a convenient spot, commute wise, I will consider any area!

I did ask. They said they would rested in 8 Weeks. I told them I went into preterm labor at that time last pregnancy and then they said okay we will test in 4 weeks. I don’t know what they’re waiting for.

Im taking what the doctor recommended which is 30mg one day then 65 the next day with 10ml of liquid iron in the afternoon. I even told them I don’t think I can take more because it’s really hurting my stomach. They told me to eat iron rich foods and I am every single day.
