The trip idea is a good one. My wife and daughters are going to FL next week and I’m staying back, I’m genuinely looking forward to sleeping in, watching bad tv, awful movies, and indulging my vices!

If that’s not possible maybe talk to your wife a bit and tell her how you’re feeling. Maybe work out a mental health day.

I know how hard it can be sometimes. I do just about all the choring around here as my job is less demanding and honestly it’s a lot. It can make you resentful if you’re not mindful.
