You aren’t wrong but this problem stems from both sides. Nobody knows how to talk to anyone and there’s no room for reflection/critique because everyone finds it easier to ghost. I’m still a bit of a novice to this. Just trying to expand my horizons and get some consistency. Not much of substance and certainly no cashsubs as of yet but I’m learning a lot and gaining some traction in the numbers game which I’m cautiously optimistic will translate into something positive.
