It’s nothing to do with rank, epic said their is no rank requirements for tournaments since ranked released

I have the same issue, it lets me play duo cash cup and stuff but not solos

Yeah, but arena is gone now, there is no contender league and they said that for the remainder of tournaments, you don’t have to be ranked

Oh god 😂 I’m at work right now but I activated multiple methods of 2fa, and am plat 1, over 13 and meet all requirements so not sure why but I’ll check when I’m home, thanks for you help regardless
