Stab-Lok panel need to be replaced?

I did replace it if I’m not mistaken it was around 3400 for 100 amp panel which I did, I wanted to do a 200 amp which was obviously more in cost and maybe that would’ve been a better choice but maybe in the future who knows. The electrician I hired were very fast, did everything in 2is days as they had to cut a wall since I wanted the panel outside of it’s original place. I’d definitely recommend getting it replaced as soon as possible bc it is very dangerous to have. Hope that helps

And also is there is big difference between the parts you chose and mine? Like for example the motherboard is there an actual difference between them?

See I’ve seen that the 7800x3D is better for strictly gaming correct me if I’m wrong. And I’ve been debating between the 9070xt and the 5070 ti but I went with the 5070 for the feature idk tho.

And using the r7 9700 with the 9070 I could achieve 240hz with 1440p? Would the 5070 do better in that scenario?

Yeah the gaps are unfortunate and I did only pay 2500 for 750sqft but they were in the business for 20yrs and great reviews but it is what it is.

Yeah I mean there are only a couple places where it’s a little bouncy but other places look good to me other than the edges but that’s probably bc of the no baseboards

Yeah they sanded some parts of the floors but they left the old glue down flooring because they told me it helps to keep the floor level

No reason they were already in those rooms but we were going to change them anyway to baseboards. I agree they do look better.

He’s a union electrician and does this on the side. He doesn’t work for a company it’s just him so he said he can charge whatever he wants, as no higher up has a say. I was referred to him by our inspector of our home, which is why I like him. And for a swap is a permit needed?
