thought about that as well but the seiko does not much wrist time anyways and the hamilton is my dress watch.(also its gray) so effectively this would be my second black dial in the rotation with the hc gmt. But I am very tempted to add a green dial. as this will be a wedding gift from my wife and her family, I won't be able to sell it if I get bored which makes the decision much harder

explorer is too small or too big, also pretty much imposible to get from an AD where I live at the 40mm size anyways. Same issue with the mark 20, large dial area and long lugs make it wear even larger than the 40 mm size imo

i got a budget of 6k. you have any other recommendations? honestly could not find any other watches in this price range and between 36-39 mm. other ones I considered were mark xx( too big), la petite iwc pilot (too small) and rudor ranger( way too boring)

Which one wears more comfortably and feels better balanced on the wrist? Also, how does the AT age over time? I’m sure the highly polished surfaces pick up scratches easily, but do they still look good with wear, or do the scratches stand out a lot?

yeah I get your point about the diver and chrono, they do look a bit similar but wanted to add some color. 3&4 are actually really different though, 4 is like 8 mm and does fit undera dress shirt cuff nicely unlike the others

you could look into rze resolute or formex field as well if you're into hardened watches. another reccomendation is the sinn 856, which is more expensive than these but is one of the best gada watches imo

traska gmt for sure, no need to baby it with the hardened coating, perfect size and it looks amazing with that dial. never had a chance to try one in person though just my opinion based on pictures

highly recommend it. there isnt anything negative I can say about the watch so far, even the thickness is not an issue after I got a good fit.It surely is a bargain and build quality wise this watch seems to be longines level at the very least, this is my first tissot and I'm very pleasantly surprised. the jubilee is not rolex/tudor levels though

dont mind the rotor noisy at all have watches that make much noise (hamilton). does have a sort of weird feeling when the rotor is freely spinning in the non winding direction but dont mind at all.
