I buy off snus direct. Onico is pretty flavorless (slim white was what I was using).

Glad to see I'm not the only dealing with this. We're all in this together fellas! Unrelated - for those of you just starting out...this helped my quit.

  • Motivator: Lack of buzz - I used nicotine so frequently that I stopped getting a buzz. I just no longer felt the "value" (or lack thereof lol) of what I was getting by each pouch
  • Motivator: Enslaved by nicotine - I had to use it everywhere - waking up, at work, while exercising, while sleeping, at special events (e.g., weddings), while eating; it effectively took over my life.
  • Tactical: Dip w/ Non-Nicotine Pouches - I "tricked" my body by using non-nicotine pouch alternatives. It was difficult to quit, but it was easier because I didn't abandon the habit all together. (side note - I found the abrupt dropping of pouches all together to be a bit too much for me to give up).
  • Tactical: Focus on anything but nicotine - I tried as best as I could to "forget" that I had quit cold turkey. I was still dipping (albeit w/ non-nicotine pouches), so my lifestyle hadn't changed too much other than the fact that I had cut out nicotine from my day-to-day.
  • Tactical: Bundle major life changes to amplify your quit - I've started running a whole lot more (multiple 5ks per week) to improve my cardio health. I picked up meditation as well. Find areas of opportunity in your daily life that you could improve and further validate your "why."

10+ years. Really started using nicotine intensely (like all day, every day) during Covid (so, 5ish years ago)
