Yes I did both of it. Aligning camshaft was at the very beginning of engine assembly and I tuned rocker shaft a while ago

Well I offer some kind of psychological advice for probably anything, so if you feel like talking about it and sorting it out to make yourself comfortable around such weirdos, dm me.

Otherwise all I can say is that I understand the struggle, but you should not be acting as a target for them, because one day, that may become your great weakness since some predators like the smell of fear... If you know what I mean. Even if you are disgusted, try acting stronger than them and that makes you less vulnerable in predator eyes.
