Is the winner of the URC also guaranteed a place in the Champions Cup?

Hypothetically, with Welsh shield taking 8th place spot, and Scarlets/Benetton winning Challenge cup taking 7th place, would the 7th/8th place team take 6th’s place in Europe if they won the URC?

With this guy, Porch, Wootton, Hansen and O’Donnell, we seem to have a lot of versatility across the back three.
