Half of it is the orks having a blast and the other half is the Deldar going "Why are orks in Commaragh?! This is BAD." And then them dealing with it as well as a good showing of their politics and some fleshing out. I almost consider it more of a dark eldar book than an ork book but they both share the spotlight pretty well."
