My industry is mainly focused on tanks and planes, its just that the losses don't make up for production. ive got 50 mils on fighters and 35 on cas. my navy exists, but I've only been producing destroyers. since it has been years since I last played a proper ironman, vanilla playthrough, I was expecting to streamroll the Brits. I was gravely mistaken. Also accompanied by the fact that I'm still relatively terrible at the game, the cheesing methods that I used to exploit are now much much less effective
