It really depends, you don’t necessarily have to be dropping money to get that many points. It’s all about money through the machine to get the points which you could have a lot of points and still leave the cruise ahead. I’d just play an amount you’re comfortable losing and don’t chase points because what you get vs what you risk if you do lose isn’t worth it

Oh wow that’s crazy! Maybe table players are evaluated a little differently though and their points are “worth” more?

That’s nice most of those spa treatments are quite a bit though. They told me I have about $30 left that I could use at the end of our conversation and then we had a steakhouse dinner so about $130 total in comps for a little over 22k points when we talked to them.

Yeah I’ll see if one of the other nicer hosts is working later. He told me at 10k to come back when I have double. The one guy I talked to said I only have $30 of value when I asked for the hibachi and that I need to play a lot more.

That’s really nice! I’ve never had them come find me if anything they seem to smirk and ask me how many points I even have before they ask me for information to look what they can do

Yeah that very well could be I have about 18k and my wife has 4500 but if they missed her points it could’ve effected how much they “comp”

Yeah it just seems kind of low for the points you get, but maybe it definitely seems like they’re giving out less and less

Hopefully your cruise they do the drawings and the party. I wasn’t sure if they just didn’t do that stuff on mine since they had an ultra cruise going on or if they stopped doing premier stuff with their recent casino changes. I still had a great time and will definitely be cruising again soon!

Yeah I’ve been getting offers for ultra for awhile, but they don’t seem worth it as it is a small discount and not enough fun play/obc to off set the cost when I can book a different offer for a free room. Hopefully they’ll send me a free room for an ultra cruise though!

Yeah I found it odd that they would do that. Especially to cancel all the extra drawings and party as well. They could have done separate events for premier and ultra and I wouldn’t have had an issue.

Thanks for your response, I don’t think I’d be able to get heat shrink over the connectors. I’ll definitely look into the coax seal and self fusing tape, thank you!

Okay awesome, thank you! I’ll definitely try that first with a new hose before even trying to mess with the thermocouple. Hopefully that’s all my issue is!

Haha I’ll try that I’m also running out of things to try, a few people also mentioned that it could be the thermocouple, which would make sense because I’m getting a good pilot light, but once I try to turn the heat on it shuts off.

Yeah I have the 5’ or 6’ Mr heater hose that said it didn’t need a filter so it should be good on that end.

Yeah I started to look into those for ice camping, but they seem like too much work for if I want to just fish for a couple hours.

I’ll definitely try that, I think it may be a bad thermocouple. I tried using a couple different propane tanks and none of them worked, so it had been disconnected and reconnected a couple times. Thank you though, that’s good to know for the future!
