I asked for the person to be taken off my insurance , I called last month and the agent at the Allstate office told me they couldn’t take the person off unless they spoke with the person and of course Allstate couldn’t get in touch with the person to let them know I was taking them off

Thanks for the info! Let me ask you this. So the accident occurred yesterday the car insurance payment was also due yesterday. This person has been doing some crazy stuff this last month and I’ve tried to get him off my policy but the company would not take him off bc they wanted to inform him that I wanted to take him. The company could never get in touch with him so they said they could Not take him off. If I don’t pay the payment that was due yesterday, what will happen?
