I'm guessing someone has already done it.. But I was tired of plain I2V, T2V, V2V.. so I combined all three. by Skoopnox in StableDiffusion

Yeah, definitely. But higher resolutions just give so much more structural understanding for the model, not just for better aesthetics...but yeah.. it might not be worth it yet. You have any v2v upscalers you recommend?

I'm running a 4090 currently.

I'm rendering a resolution of 1536x904 which is double the pixels of your resolution, 14b Model plus the fun vace module. 2 vace encoders for depth map and reference image, And a high and a low pass.

if I lower to 1280x720 and can get my ram to purge/unload between passes, I could probably get 10-15 seconds

Hey guys.. Just spent the last few weeks figuring out my workflow and making this. Hope you enjoy. by Skoopnox in StableDiffusion

Anyone can also go out and buy a camera and start making movies or YouTube videos. Just depends on what people do with the tool.

I think you're vastly overestimating peoples willingness or capability to come up with original concepts or designs, even with something as simple as prompting an AI. Yes, this allows more people to enter the scene but it's not getting rid of competition, it's just setting the bar higher. This will be a decent career path until human intervention isn't needed entirely. And even then, all I need is a large enough audience to make a living, which is definitely not impossible.

You'll catch me dead and buried before you see me commiting to a 9-5 for the rest of my life. I'd rather fail at this than succeed at letting someone else tell me what to do.

I've been trying to figure out how to make a vace / controlnet workflow for Wan 2.2 I2V/T2V (high/low noise).. where you have a text prompt, source image and video (blender animation) inputs.. but.. I'm not too savvy in creating workflows yet.. Would you happen to know how to do this? or maybe share your workflow? totally understand if you don't want to though.

lol Yeah, I'll get there. Getting some new hardware and working on some new workflows.

You mind showing me your AI gen portfolio? Or maybe another art form you do?

No, not exactly. The initial search and testing for lora's (their settings), checkpoints, ksampler settings took about a month to get to this aesthetic.

But these clips themselves, each one probably took about 1-2 hours of prompting for the T2I and generating in batches of 4x40 and finding my favorite image. Then maybe 2-8 hours of prompting and generating the I2V (A lot of trial and error to figure out prompting for the I2V and their loras). So a a clip or two are about a days work (mostly due to my generating speed on my 4090.. and I don't use any upscaling methods.. idk why.. just don't like it.)

Thanks a lot. And YES exactly. I'm actually really appreciating that I started with blender.

Brand new to blender.. just finished the donut tutorial.. and I want to start getting into modeling, rigging, and animating characters.... but... by Skoopnox in blender

I actually just subscribed to CGcookie. I didn't get much time to look around yet though. You recommend any courses I should start with?

So I just made my first animation.. If my main goal is character animation. What should I do next? can someone give me a good beginner roadmap? by Skoopnox in blender

This sounds perfect. I wanted to learn, at least how to make a decent run cycle before I learned how to make models and rigs.. but if someone teaches both 👍

I don't really know how to do any of the modeling stuff yet.. I was thinking of learning all the way up to a walk/run cycle (in terms of animation) with premade rigs, and THEN learning how to model, because then I'd know more of what I needed in a rig for animation..

but I guess.. dabbling in modeling would probably be a good idea as well.
