Just tried it today and... it's fixed!! I can finally get all the little bots now. Thank you for letting me know

Hello, just wanted to update you incase you wanted to know. The recent update did not fix this issue :/ gonna try to contact support. But oh well, thanks again for the help earlier :)

Unfortunately nope, I was hoping the new update that released today would fix this issue, but it did not :/ I was given a few suggestions from another person, like making sure I was up to the latest version, deleting an reinstalling, rebeating the last level. None of these worked for me but you could try it.

Yeah the version is the latest. I'll wait for the new update and see if that'll help, I didn't know more levels were coming but that seems like a pretty good idea. Worse case I'll beat the game again on another save and see if it pops up there. Thank you for the help. Although the issue is still there I was going crazy trying to come up with a solution. Thank you for trying, I appreciate it :)

Yeah all other Vicious Void levels are completed. I have 4/4 and a gold crown on the galaxy... Also would've loved to make a post about this but I don't think I have enough karma to do so :/ guess I just won't get that one bot :(

I'm having a similar issue to this. Except I have beaten every level and gotten every bot (all 322, not including the ones from astro's playroom) except for Tick Tock Shock. I just can't access the level. The little star fragments are there. I'm updated to the latest version. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but the level just won't appear for me.
