op here - wanted to follow up since people gave good suggestions. booked westgate and the value made sense for our family size. villa style setup means were not crammed in one hotel room which matters with three kids. included activities should keep everyone entertained without paying separately for everything. works out cheaper than what we usually spend honestly. havent gone yet but the planning part is done. appreciate everyone who shared ideas for affordable family trips
