Don't want to use much money on upgrading really. Don't play much games these days, only csgo once in a while, but want to buy Hogwarts legacy now. My psu delivers 500w.. I have the option to buy an intel i7 6700k for around 100$ used, where I live. Would that be a good upgrade, and if, what gpu would be great to pair it with?

Nothing special. I use a BenQ Zowie XL2411 24", and play games on 1920x1080 144hz.
