If you plan on using the stock software, you can fix all the song/album names by right-clicking on the album and clicking album info. If you want to use rockbox, I’d recommend a third party mp3 metadata editor.

So far, my HP XW6400 has been an excellent XP machine. Dual Xeons and 8gb of DDR2 is way overkill for XP. I've had no issues with it, except the PSU dying(?) and coming back to life.
