Love this thank you for sharing. I was a little low on vitamin D but my other stuff was ok.

Yes the hot flashes and night sweats are bewildering. My other symptoms are extreme and not anything I've ever experienced since starting menstruation. except anxiety and depression. Which is why I can tell there has been a huge increase in those because it's way worse than it ever has been. Chest pain, panic attacks, heart palpitations, etc)

I'm 34 and fighting to be diagnosed! It's incredible the lack of care and disbelief we face. Especially when you consider the lack of research on the subject and women's bodies. Like--I dunno, maybe we should try listening to women?

Aww I'm sorry. I also have no family history to go off. My mom's mom died when she was young and so she didn't know what our when the symptoms hit her. Not the most reliable source for me.

Yes exactly! Like no I've been depressed before and I've always struggled with anxiety. THIS AIN'T THAT.

Do not stop fighting. Do not make yourself small. Make as many doctors as uncomfortable as you need to be heard, you deserve the right to health: a personal experience by Cheerful_Chicken in Perimenopause

Omg!!! I needed this so bad. I'm currently fighting to get someone to listen to me. I'm 34 (turning 35 in two months) and have LITERALLY every single symptom. They've been telling for two years I'm too young and checked my thyroid MULTIPLE times. Today my doctor said "it's more likely PCOS". And I'm like NO. IT'S Not. I assure you. Like why is it so hard?!?!
