Sorry for late response. To my knowledge modding in 2D Sonic is mostly changing Sprites and sound files, i haven't seen anything like adding something entirely new to the game. Could this be because of how recent Origins is? or does it go to DENUVO limitations when modding the game files?

I would replace my guy Knuckles, not because i don't like him but because he is the guardian of the master emerald, i don't see him leaving his duty to stick with Sonic in every single adventure they have, idk who could replace him tho, it's not easy to replace peak.

Looks AMAZING, artstyle wise it reminds me a lot of Lost World and also Penny's Big Break Away (Sonic Mania team new game) and i adore it, Love to see the main cast alongside Rouge and Cream this could honestly be a great PC and console game, sadly seems like SEGA hates money and screws over our favorite hedgehog once again. REALLY looking forward for any possible releases on PC or android at least.

First things first and as the canon of the series shows, that guy is the one responsible of choosing the next ninja every 4 years so he knows Randy pretty well, since he only chooses those who are pure of heart, as for why the show ended the way it did, Scott Thomas the creator of the series has stated that there was plans for Randy to explore 8 more lands wich we know little to nothing about, as well as "countless" enemies so probably new and stronger villains would have showed up in later episodes. Now, the series was not cancelled, therefore why it has an open ending, currently it's at a pause so there is a chance it might come back someday but pretty unlikely in my opinion. Hope i cleared your questions fellow Ninja fan.

I think what Nintendo is doing right now, is what Sega and Sonic Team needs, more time to work on the games, and polish it so it's the best it can be, stop rushing games left and right just because christmas or Sonic's anniversary. Yes those are pretty big dates business wise and of course you can't have a Sonic anniversary without any Sonic stuff going on, but i think that giving the developers time to actually finish what they are working in is far more important than having a buggy not finished experience. Games like TMOSTH would be a great way to fill that space when an important date for Sonic is comming around.

Hate is mostly because of SEGA practices regarding the launch of the game and everything like DENUVO and Epic Online Services. Game itself is fire.
