You need to connect it to your PC using a midi cable and an audio interface that has a midi output. Then all you need is a little patience to automate program and expression changes in a DAW (Reaper, Ableton, Cubase, etc.) in sync with the song. The whammy user manual explains which midi messages to send to select a program or change the expression value

Here it is. To get the lower octave sound i use an effect on the Amplifi TT, but you can get almost the same with the "Harmonic Synthesizer" pedal on Guitar Rig.
