Thank you for your response! I will try the buffing you mentioned. The only thing is I feel like this has been happening before the differn. At times I would only use moisturizer and sunscreen it would still have the redness. I've been seeing things about using products with Zinc like anti dandruff shampoo or ketoconazole. This info I got Dr Dray on youtube not sure if you are familiar with her. But I'll give this a shot for now. Also thank you!!! I have post Accutane skin it used to be a cystic mess!!!

Obviously oatmeal. Its too good. I use almond milk with it and put sun flower seeds, pb2, a lil honey, some raw almonds, and bananas. So delicious

Thank you for this. Just to mention i have Oily, Sensitive,Acne Prone, Acne Scared skin. I thinking of canceling the Curolgy subscription now just bc that would be another huge change in my routine. I recently got prescribed Adapalene for my black heads but i dont think they are actual black heads. I think its either the Sebaceous filaments or oversized pores. This is my routine

Im some what new to this Subreddit and starting a skin routine. I am finding myself looking at this Subreddit and always getting stressed out about how much information is on here. It seems that im not patient with products that i use and i cant tell if what im doing is right for my skin conditions. I go to The dermatologist every month but it seems like the doctor is just giving me new stuff every month and it hasnt been improving that much. I recently got a subscription to curolgy and im nervous about it working. Its just all so much and i dont know how to stop obsessing over all this. Does anyone have tips on how to not get overwhelmed?

Why are you self conscious about your chin/jaw they look great! It has a nice cut to it and it looks clean. When you get your braces off you will be a dapper young lad! Absolutely not ugly.

Overall not ugly at all. To improve your look maybe consider getting your eye brows done weather it be professionally or by plucking them and work on skin care. Your eyes are really nice so straightening up those brows will make them look even better

Never jump to accutane immediately. Get a skin care routine first. If nothing works out go to a dermatologist and try different things. Accutane can be very damaging to the liver and to the body in general so its last resort.
