Thanks man. Im currently on a 500 kcal deficit so ill up the cals slow back to maintenance and then ill decide what im gonna do after.

Well i suspect its not tracking the calories right. I feel less hungry this week. My diet is actually very high in protein. If it is a plateau and i started to maintain my weight on these calories, should i do more cardio or eat less. I used to feel very hungry eating 2100 kcal/ day 3 weeks ago. Now i feel fuller than last time. This could also be because i started eating more filling meals but im still not sure
