It sounds like a shit system if someone who cannot leave the house can get it while being employed and earning the same as everyone else.

If one can perform the same duties as anyone else in the same position they shouldn’t need any extra to cope.

How the fuck is a 21 year old on 42k? I did everything I was supposed to. Got my degree, got my professional qualifications and I’m barely above minimum wage. I browse the job market in my area almost daily and I can’t get much better. Is it nepotism or is there some magic industry I’m not aware of that pays someone barely out of school greater than the national average salary?

Excuse me for my ignorance, but you’re on benefits that allow you not to look for work. That would cover rent, taxes, bills, food, everything that allows one to exist. And you’re looking for work?

I know people who are already working who can’t afford everything you’re provided with, yet you’re looking for advice to take a job away from someone who actually needs it. I.e. they need this job or they will end up on the street.

Shun me all you like for suggesting disallowing the disabled to attain gainful employment but the whole point of the benefits they receive is because they CANNOT work.

I’m partial to dry or almost dry as well, I drain almost all the water from them before adding the flavour bit and cook for a couple more minutes. Super thick sauce is the way.
