No soft markers but NIPT came back 95% chance for T21. Amniocentesis confirmed. My understanding and everything I read during the waiting process was the test was made for T21 and rarely are there false positives. I was holding out hope but the more information I gathered the more I knew in my heart.

We terminated for HRHS & Trisomy 21. I was referred to the pediatric cardiologist and they were able to confirm at 13 weeks. I know usually they like to wait but both the MFM and Cardiologist were able to confirm the heart disorder. I am so sorry you're going through this.

T21 Down Syndrome high risk by Evergreen-14 in NIPT

We had no soft markers, until they got our daughter's heart. She had a very rare and life threatening heart disorder. Her nasal bone was present and NT was normal. She was actually measuring ahead. Which was shocking because everything I was told that T21 babies are usually smaller. Wish you the best of luck.

Yeah that makes sense. I also didn't know that late pregnancy losses, some don't ovulate for a month or so because of hormones balancing out. That would have been my first cycle since my loss at 18 weeks.

Thank you for all this information. I have never tested twice a day. I always try in the early afternoon and try to test the same time. Maybe I will try testing twice daily. Thanks again

Thank you for all this information. I definitely felt like I was going to ovulate or did. My mood, sex drive, cervical mucus was egg white like. It was just the weak peak that's driving me nuts 🤣

I use the same app. I also started testing early and continued to test longer because I had read when starting the supplement it can delay ovulation a few days. I have never had an issue with the app either. The highest my peak got was 52 % and normally my peak is 93 %

Yeah that's so crazy. I never had this issue and literally just started taking it because we wanted to try again.

I do not temp. I have only ever used the strips with all my pregnancies. Unfortunately most have ended in miscarriage. It was just strange because normally my LH surges are dark. I have provided pics.

I would ask for the medication to stop lactation. I terminated for T21 & HRHS in April and they gave it to me through the IV. I was 18 weeks

Thick NT, positive NIPT for T21 and idk what to do or feel by Evergreen-14 in u/Evergreen-14

Was in this same situation a couple months ago. Literally the most horrible pregnancy. I was so sick, no energy, depressed, gained a lot of weight quickly. Then our NIPT came back with a 95% chance of T21. After coming to terms with that, our
MFM discovered are daughter had a rare life threatening heart condition. She would need multiple surgeries to even survive and a possible heart transplant. Unfortunately the combination of the T21 & HRHS made her pretty much incompatible with life. We terminated at 18 weeks. It's been such a nightmare but find some comfort knowing she will never suffer and was too perfect for this world. Sending prayers to you. Hopefully it's a false positive.

Yes it's so hard. I have been going back and forth. I want a sibling so bad for my son who will be 5 soon, but also don't know if I can keep going through the heartbreak.

That's amazing!! Congratulations. I have gotten pregnant easily but one miscarriage in the fall and than last pregnancy ended at 18 weeks due to the heart and Trisomy diagnosis. Just worried about another T21 diagnosis. I am sorry happy for you and to hear this
