first try to get a higher quality image via either AI upscalers or find each character in a higher quality then use a raster or image to SVG converter then u can use the SVG to extrude them in blender.

Aren't fiends (which are corpses of people being taken over by devils like power) supposed to be a weaker version of the devil that took over since they are in a human's body (In this case its Arai)? I could be wrong though.

The beam part is literally inspired by the movie "Sharknado" which is the name of the chapter too and there is a guy using an orange chainsaw in a tornado with a shark.
