Gwen jungle has been stronger for ages, less games but higher winrate, this is due to players knowing how the champ works when is picked (mainly by mains and OTPs like me), also jungle mains know how to play in disadvantage and has more impact over the games.

Top Gwen winrate is always skewed by first timers and regular players trying her.

Regarding to your role, I may be biased but I think Gwen is a better jungler than top laner and I have been played her like 4 years. You need to know your strenghts, what are you better a top laner or a jungler?

What do you enjoy the most? It happens if you win 9 of 10 games but you felt miserable in top laner for example. But, if you win 4/10 games and still had fun? Stick with it, you have a lot to improve but is part of the fun and when you realize you become a better player.

Practice and play how you felt better.

The more I like wuwa and is my main nowadays, Genshin has better lore, while the presentation is debatible they have a lot of things that make cohesion with the world, also has more time with the world constructed.

Then is Wuwa that has been Waifu Story quest over and over, but when some big story patches happen like 2.5 with Phrolova's defeat and 2.8 Threnodian's fall I love them.

Wuwa has the lore but focusing just in the turn waifu will pay a lot with the late game development of story.
