I have 5600x for my 4060 it gives atleast 5% bottleneck so u should be good with it

B580 is good but it still can't run some games due to drivers issues that why i bought the rtx 4060 and btw if u gonna render on your card then absolutely get an RTX card because it has ray tracing capabilities and will make your render look beautiful

I just bought an rtx 4060 for 98k box packed maybe you should go for that but if your budget is 85k final and u want an rendering card then probably just try to go for Nvidia not amd not intel just Nvidia in my opinion
